System Integration Manager (M/F/D)*

The Systems Integration Manager is involved in a project from the back end of the pre-sales process throughout the realisation process until final delivery of the solution to the client. This role designs and drives to completion all aspects of a solution related to functionality or performance. This is a client facing role that requires a strong technical understanding of the solution and the ability to manage the client and their expectations.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • Consultancy to General Project Manager until final acceptance and feedback to development and sales support team
  • Making sure project quality goals are achieved: full functionality, performance and availability
  • Manage change request from a technical point of view 
  • Constant alignment of technical solution between technical departments
  • Trainings for local System Integration MAnagement Team 
  • Lead on simulation to transfer knowledge (applied logic/strategies) to IT/PLC development
  • Approve PLC/IT in-house and on-site tests as well as managing final acceptance testing
  • Manage upcoming technical issues at any realisation phase

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Ability to analyze and understand customer business processes
  • Willingness to work in an multi-disciplinary an intercultural experts network
  • Ability to produce consice and clear specifications and presentations
  • Project management experience is an advantage
  • Result and solutions oriented mindset
  • Market oriented and cost effectiveness mindset 
  • Good communication, presentation and language skills (German and English)
  • Mechatronic or information technologies studies are from preference
