Account Manager - Customer Care (M/F/D)*

In this position, you will be responsible for the intensive support of our long-standing customers and the further development of the Customer Care area. As the central contact person for topics such as spare parts, maintenance services, repairs, training and on-site services, you will work directly with system operators and direct customers and strengthen customer loyalty in the long term. With your commitment, you will contribute to the success of the Liftetime Services division and support the long-term development of our customer relationships.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • Intensive customer support as a central contact person for after-sales topics such as spare parts, maintenance and repair services

  • Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships through continuous contact and targeted measures

  • Proactive identification of customer needs and goal-oriented optimization of customer loyalty

  • Support in the further development of the LTS area for existing and new customers

  • Cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth processes and high-quality customer service

  • Responsibility for sales, profitability and customer satisfaction in our own area

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Technical and business understanding, supplemented by knowledge of intralogistics and system solutions

  • Several years of professional experience, ideally in intralogistics or mechanical engineering

  • Sound knowledge of contract law and negotiation skills in customer contracts

  • Entrepreneurial thinking and initiative paired with reliability and cost awareness

  • Very good English skills as well as confident handling of MS Office and ideally SAP

  • Strong communication skills, ability to deal with conflicts and a confident, solution-oriented appearance
