WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

Specialist and contact person for technical faults and challenges in the SAP EWM environment, including problem analysis and solution

Monitoring and optimization of SAP EWM systems and interfaces (ERP, EWM, TGW Material Flow Computer MFC) to ensure a smooth material flow

Support for system tests and optimization measures as well as analysis and documentation of processes

Maintenance work of the SAP EWM infrastructure and ensuring optimal system operation

Close cooperation with the warehouse control center, IT and control support, 2nd level support, development department and the customer
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Completed computer science training or comparable professional experience

SAP EWM knowledge and experience in logistics processes as well as interface management

Good knowledge of ABAP, debugging and the analysis of technical problems

Communication and teamwork skills as well as independent and structured way of working

Willingness to work shifts and customer-oriented way of working
