Project Coach (M/F/D)*

Based on the customer requirements delivered by the sales team, the Project Coach is responsible to support the local sales team in the generation of concepts, their evaluation and the selection of the best in class concept that cover the requirements in the most cost-effective way. In this role you are additionally responsible to bring the newly developed systems into the market. Therefore, the Project Coach is a significant link between the local sales teams and the I&T structure.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • Sales support in customer projects
  • Consulting the overall project solution with focus on the benefits of our systems/modules/products
  • Support concept creation with local system designer 
  • Participate in concept-, design-, layout-, estimator-, offer-reviews and show risks to the project team
  • Organisation of important clarification meetings
  • Active highlighting and communicating of unique selling propositions of TGW’s system and module portfolio 
  • Cover solutions designer role for newly developed systems in their market introduction phase
  • Provide system design documents
  • Support system presentations for customer meetings 
  • Analyse and assess successful and unsuccessful projects and identify possible improvements
  • Know-how transfer between Sales and I&T Organisation

  • Ability to analyse and understand customer business processes
  • Able to work in a multi-disciplinary and intercultural experts network
  • Good communication, presentation, and language skills (English and German)
