Organisational Development Specialist (M/F/D)*
In this role, you will be responsible for organisational, team and leadership development at TGW Logistics in close collaboration between the departments People and Culture and Corporate Development. You will promote an outstanding leadership and team culture at all levels, which will help us to achieve our corporate goals and implement transformation projects efficiently and in a sustainable manner. Based on the “Idea TGW” and the TGW Leadership Principles, you will develop and implement formats that promote individual and collective development potential, create an inclusive, diverse and positive working environment and strengthen the entire organisation in its development.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING
- Design and facilitate workshops with a focus on leadership, team and organisational development
- Accompanying developmental and transformation processes through workshops and individual coaching to facilitate personal and team development
- Coaching managers and teams in the process of development as well as implementation of team strategies and measuring their impact on the organisational culture
- Support in the implementation of the TGW leadership model, the continuous development of the leadership culture, and the integration of the "TGW idea" into management and organisational development
- Building bridges between management, executives and the departments People and Culture and Corporate Development in order to harmonise cultural initiatives with the overall People Strategy, Performance Management and Change Processes
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- University degree in psychology, business administration with a focus on human resources, organisational development, change management or business education or a comparable qualification
- Beneficial: training/certification as a systemic trainer, facilitator or coach as well as experience in coaching managers
- Several years of experience in designing and facilitating workshops, especially in leadership and team development
- Mature, reflective personality with enthusiasm for development processes, comprehensive understanding of team and organisational dynamics, leadership theories as well as personal and organisational development
- High level of conflict resolution skills and the ability to confront in a respectful and challenging manner
- Team player with high social skills, strong self-organisation and empathy to build trustful relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Very good level of German and English

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience.
The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 54.728 Euro.
