Sales Controls Engineer Retrofit (M/F/D)*

As a Sales Controls Engineer Retrofit, you will be responsible for supervising the control system in the retrofit sales process. Your main focus will be on optimally translating customer requirements into competitive and cost-effective control solutions for expansions, modifications and modernizations of existing systems.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • Survey of customer requirements, analysis and development of solutions
  • Creation of control layouts, cost calculations and schedules
  • Close cooperation with the project team, mechanical and IT departments as well as customers and suppliers
  • Cost and solution responsibility during the sales phase, including deadline tracking and cost optimization
  • Development of cost-efficient modernization and modification concepts
  • Support of the sales project team and the specialist departments

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Completed training with a focus on automation technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, computer science or similar
  • Customer orientation and strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of control calculation, MS Office, ACAD, budget
  • Experience in process design and functional descriptions
  • Good knowledge of German and English (second foreign language is an advantage)
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%
