Lean Partner (M/F/D)*

In this role, in addition to you leading projects — you’ll be coaching leaders, challenging the status quo, and partnering directly with C-Level executives and their teams to unlock performance, efficiency, and value across the business. You’ll take ownership of the Business Improvement agenda, using your deep knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles to identify and implement impactful changes that make a real difference.

 

The Lean Partner role is ideal for someone who has the character, credibility, self-drive and coaching mindset to inspire sustainable change from the ground up.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • Drive strategic improvement initiatives across all levels of the organization — from the shopfloor to the C-suite
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Lead and facilitate workshops, board meetings, and LEAN initiatives that align with our cultural values and strategic goals
  • Conduct root cause analyses and embed structured problem-solving into daily operations
  • Coach and influence senior stakeholders, enabling a shift in mindset and embedding a continuous improvement culture
  • Ensure sustained change by training, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to every project
  • Support business scalability and performance through measurable efficiency and effectiveness improvements
  • Comfortable leading complex LEAN projects in a fast-paced, evolving business

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Excellent English written and verbal skills (German advantageously)
  • Strong foundation in process-oriented business operations, with practical, hands-on experience
  • Confidence and insight to translate strategic goals into practical action
  • Ideally hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent qualification)
  • minimum of five years’ experience in applying Lean
  • Strong analytical skills and uses data to guide decisions and measure impact
  • Ability to builds strong, trust-based relationships across diverse teams and international environments and is a well communicator (facilitating workshops, coaching, etc.)
  • shaping a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement is your passion
