Head of Health and Safety (M/F/D)*
As Head of Health & Safety, you will be responsible for coordinating and advising management, employees, safety representatives and employee representatives on all issues relating to occupational health and safety. WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING
- Comprehensive coordination of internal SFK ́s as well as external partners for all TSI offices and operations in the DACH region, Poland and the Czech Republic in matters of occupational safety
- Coordination with the authorities
- Communication interface to the Labour Inspectorate (except for working time offences) and to the accident prevention service of AUVA
- Organization and implementation of security audits
- Process definition and ongoing process optimization for all H&S processes
- Continuously and independently improve security evaluations
- Support in the organization and review
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Completed technical training and initial professional experience in a comparable position
- Training as a safety specialist in accordance with §74 ASchG and competence in the field of fire protection and hazardous goods
- Structured, process-oriented way of working with creative and assertive will
- High level of initiative and proactivity and strong communication personality
- Leadership skills, ideally experience in employee management
- Communicative English
