Key Account Manager (M/F/D)*
Would you like to take on responsibility for the intensive support of our existing customers and make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction and the company's success? As a Key Account Manager, you will be the central contact person for our customers throughout the entire after-sales process and ensure that our customers are optimally supported. Your task is to strengthen customer loyalty, identify optimization potential and successfully shape long-term partnerships.
WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING
- Proactive response to customer needs and targeted solution optimization
- Responsibility for performance, results and customer satisfaction in our own customer base
- Recognition of modernization potential, impetus for the implementation and support of services in the implementation phase
- Central contact for topics such as spare parts, maintenance services, repairs, training, hotline and on-site services
- Escalation instance for operational issues in day-to-day business
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Technical and business understanding as well as several years of professional experience, ideally in intralogistics or mechanical engineering
- Sound knowledge of contract law and negotiation skills in customer contracts
- Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills as well as assertiveness and conflict resolution skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and initiative paired with reliability and cost awareness
- Fluent in written and spoken German and good French and/or English skills
