Content Manager
As a Senior Marketing Manager in our team, you will take and create opportunities for TGW Logistics to position the company in line with our values and goals. You get to the heart of TGW Logistics' expertise and core messages and create opportunities for communication and marketing activities. The right positioning of TGW Logistics in coordination with Business Development and Sales and, above all, the right answers and solutions for our customers are at the centre of your work.
WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies with a focus on lead and demand generation in an international B2B environment
- Planning, implementing and analysing campaigns along the entire marketing funnel to generate high-quality leads and optimise conversions
- Working closely with Business Development and Sales to develop strategies on how to best target potential new customers and generate enthusiasm for our company
- Developing and optimising strategies to generate leads and increase growth through strategic marketing
- Defining, monitoring and analysing relevant KPIs and creating reports to evaluate the effectiveness of measures and ensure continuous improvements as well as ongoing success monitoring
- Developing target group-specific messages and content in close coordination with internal stakeholders (content and channel managers)
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- At least 5-7 years of experience in traditional marketing and/or lead and demand generation campaigns, preferably in an international B2B environment
- Profound knowledge of funnel management, customer journeys and sales-orientated marketing with a focus on addressing potential and existing customers
- Experience in using marketing automation tools as well as performance marketing and data-driven approaches
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills and a critical view of tasks and projects
- Expertise in digital marketing, including modern tools and technologies
- Enjoy working both strategically and operationally in an international environment
- Team player mentality and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, coupled with a hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
