WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • Specialist and contact person for all material flow-related questions in the event of system malfunctions

  • Carrying out regular system work related to software as well as maintenance work on the IT infrastructure

  • Close cooperation with the warehouse control center, IT and control support, 2nd level support, development department and the customer

  • Analysis of the customer's system for corrective actions and adjustments as well as preparation of error analyses

  • Independent rectification of faults or escalation control to customer support

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Completed computer science training or comparable professional experience

  • Experience in programming, preferably with SQL, PL/SQL, as well as in C# and .NET Sound

  • IT knowledge of current technologies (Windows, networks, remote access tools)

  • Communication and teamwork skills as well as independent and structured way of working

  • Willingness to work shifts and customer-oriented way of working
