Assistant Marketing and Legal (M/F/D)*

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • Team assistance Marketing:
    Administrative tasks: Ordering, invoice control, financial overview (together with manager), appointment arrangements, organisation and documentation of meetings
    Event Support: Support with the organisation of trade fairs, conferences or other events; material management and logistics for events
    Internal communication: Support in the maintenance and creation of intranet articles, support in the training of editors, answering questions in general group mailboxes and redistributing enquiries

  • Team assistance Legal Services:
    Coordination of appointments (e.g. with notaries, lawyers, managing directors, etc.)
    Management of insurance certificates (request, filing, provision)
    Taking notes during negotiations
    Organisation of legal department events and travel arrangements
    Preparation of documents and presentations as well as management of templates
    Interface communication with Marketing, Communications & Brand

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Qualification in office management, office organisation or relevant previous experience as an assistant (at least 3 years of professional experience)
  • Experience in marketing & communication and/or event management is an advantage
  • Very good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Service-oriented organisational talent that doesn't lose courage under time pressure but performs at its best
  • Open, friendly team player with a hands-on mentality
  • A precise and structured way of working and very well German plus good English skills
  • Knowledge of project management desirable
