Project Manager – Piece Picking Robotik (M/F/D)*

As a Project Manager at TGW, you will be part of an innovative and fast-growing market environment that specializes in the development of AI-based robot solutions. In this central role, you will take responsibility for the successful overall handling of robotics projects, including software and system integration. As a "specialist project manager", you will be the link between international branches, external partners, end customers and internal teams.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • Overall handling of projects incl. software and system integration (error handling, MFF integration, order management)
  • Technical fine grinding of new developments on the Rovoflex project and handover of these components to the processing department
  • Collaborate with the core team (program management and development) to further develop beta sites and resolve open issues
  • Clarification of product-specific and implementation-specific requirements in close cooperation with internal departments and external partners
  • Project controlling including cost monitoring, forecasting and coordination of delivery times
  • Overall responsibility for performance, deadlines, technology and costs from the time the order is placed to the end of the warranty

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Completed technical training (e.g. electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, automation technology)
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally in plant engineering (sales, project management, system engineering)
  • Enthusiasm for innovative robotics technologies and openness to new approaches to solutions
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Strong self-organization, proactivity and strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%
