Sales Engineer – Piece Picking Robotik (M/F/D)*

As a Sales Engineer, you will be part of an innovative environment that specializes in the development of AI-based robot solutions. You will accompany worldwide inquiries from the sales phase to the handover to the implementation team. In doing so, you will not only work closely with our global locations, end customers and partners, but will also be a central interface to other TGW departments. In addition to the design of processes in intralogistics, a special focus is placed on the clarification of software and system interfaces, including error handling, MFR integration and order management. In this way, you will make a decisive contribution to the automation and optimization of our customer processes.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • Layout and process design for applications in piece picking robotics
  • Development and integration of piece picking robotics into complex intralogistics solutions as an active member of the sales teams
  • Interface management with partners, suppliers and internal TGW departments, especially in the area of software, error handling, MFF integration and order management
  • Support of sales and presentation of layouts and technical solutions worldwide, also directly at the customer's site
  • Preparation of feasibility analyses and preparation of documents such as requirement specifications to define the scope of services
  • With the help of cost calculations and comparisons as well as active participation in the design of the offer

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Completed technical or commercial training (HTL, FH, Uni) with an interest in piece picking robotics
  • Ideally, first professional experience in logistics and CAD knowledge (preferably AutoCAD)
  • Very good MS Office skills and good English
  • Self-organization, proactivity and strong communication skills
  • Interest in innovative developments and enjoyment of working in an international team
  • Willingness to travel of approx. 20%
