WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • Developing and managing program plans, including setting goals, milestones and timelines
  • Ensuring that the necessary resources (personnel, budget, technology) are available for the implementation of the programs
  • Identifying and assessing potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, reporting regularly on the progress and results of the programs
  • Ensure programs meet established quality standards and continuously improve processes
  • Manage and monitor program and project budgets to ensure financial targets are met
  • Leading and motivating project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
  • Working as part of a global team
  • For strategically important programs & projects you will take over the program & project management yourself
  • You have end-to-end responsibility from project planning, implementation and prioritization to go-live and handover to regular operations
  • Stakeholder and change management

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Completed studies (economics or comparable degree programs)
  • Experience in managing projects and programs
  • Knowledge of the digitalization of processes and business models
  • Knowledge of project management methods and tools (e.g. PRINCE2, IPMA)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strategic thinking and development of long-term goals and plans
  • Very good German and English language skills
