WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

Specialist and contact person for all material flow-related questions in the event of system malfunctions

Carrying out regular system work related to software as well as maintenance work on the IT infrastructure

Close cooperation with the warehouse control center, IT and control support, 2nd level support, development department and the customer
-
Analysis of the customer's system for corrective actions and adjustments as well as preparation of error analyses

Independent rectification of faults or escalation control to customer support
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Completed computer science training or comparable professional experience

Experience in programming, preferably with SQL, PL/SQL, as well as in C# and .NET Sound

IT knowledge of current technologies (Windows, networks, remote access tools)

Communication and teamwork skills as well as independent and structured way of working
