WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

Depending on whether you start in hardware commissioning or PLC commissioning, the tasks may vary slightly:

  • Software preparation and system emulation in the office/home office (Siemens S7/TIA portal)

  • Commissioning our systems and drive systems on site at the customer's premises

  • Carrying out interface and system tests and identifying potential for improvement

  • Training and supporting customers during the ramp-up phase

  • Preparation of documentation during and after the order

  • Follow-up of the project and handover of the system to our Lifetime Service

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Several years of relevant professional experience based on a sound technical education (apprenticeship, technical college, HTL) in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology or mechatronics or similar.

  • High degree of willingness to travel (approx. 75 - 90% with an average of 2 weeks continuous construction site stay in Germany/Europe)

  • Mobility (driving license B) 

  • Good knowledge of German and English

  • Independent, flexible and customer-oriented technician

  • Professional and reliable way of working

  • Ability to work under pressure and loyalty
