Senior System Portfolio Manager (M/F/D)*

As part of our Portfolio Management team, you will be responsible for initiating, developing, managing and supporting intralogistics order fulfilment systems over their entire life cycle. You will ensure that our system solutions fulfil our customers' requirements in terms of customer benefit, performance and reliability, cost-effectiveness and availability. You are the centre of competence in your area of responsibility and continuously develop both your market knowledge and your technological expertise to the required level, positioning the company for long-term success.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • Identifying market and technology trends
  • Designing the TGW system portfolio for innovative order fulfilment solutions
  • Development of strategic roadmaps
  • Leading international, interdisciplinary teams on system-related projects and initiatives
  • Evaluating of technology partnerships 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, product management, project management, R&D or related fields
  • Good knowledge of intralogistics: market environment, market participants, supply chain, processes, technologies
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in a business development, sales, marketing and/or technology environment 
  • Strong expertise in the field of logistics automation 
  • Ability to analyse customers' business processes
  • Results- and solution-orientated as well as economic thinking
  • Ability to translate market and customer requirements into technical specifications
  • Very good communication, presentation and moderation skills
  • Knowledge of modern working methods and tools
  • Business fluent in English
