Intensive support for long-standing partners as well as new customers

Central contact for all topics relating to expansions, revitalisation and modernisation

Strategic and operational development of the Retrofit business segment

Proactive response to customer needs and targeted solution optimization

Recognition of modernization potential, impetus for implementation and support during the implementation phase

Drafting, negotiation, review and approval of offers and contracts
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Technical and business understanding

Professional experience in the field of mechanical engineering/mechatronics

Very good knowledge of German and English

Customer orientation and willingness to travel of approx. 30%

Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, coupled with a confident appearance

Ability to work in a team and the ability to work independently and in a structured manner
