Lean Master (M/F/D)*

In this role, you will make a significant contribution to building a comprehensive continuous improvement culture program at TGW Logistics. You will define and apply lean trainings, methods and tools across the group and lead improvement projects that will be the fundamental basis for continuous improvement as part of the corporate strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • Definition of the lean approach for TGW-Logistics with a focus on administrative processes
  • Creation of the implementation strategy
  • Responsibility for the selection and definition of methods and tools
  • Conception and implementation of training courses for various levels of employees
  • Realization and implementation of improvement projects
  • Coaching and mentoring employees in the lean process

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Completed technical or business studies or comparable training
  • At least 10 years of experience in lean management with practical experience in both production and administration, ideally in project-related industries
  • Comprehensive knowledge of common lean methods
  • Ideally experience with Lean Enterprise 
  • Experience and pleasure in conducting workshops and training sessions
  • Successful coach and mentor in the lean process
  • Certification as a Master Black Belt is an advantage
  • Commitment, ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and scientific curiosity as well as "out of the box thinking"
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
