Trainer Controls (M/F/D)*

The Global Controls training team builds an important bridge between the mechatronic and control technology know-how and our global commissioning technicians. Among other things, you will enable employees of the TGW Logistics Group to work independently through training and knowledge transfer. 
To strengthen the existing team, we are looking for a trainer in the field of automation technology/mechatronics - with a focus on conveyor technology.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • Preparation, implementation and transfer assurance of theoretical and practical training and further education of colleagues from various departments (including commissioning, engineering)

  • Conception of training designs (incl. eLearning)

  • Creation, management and further development of training materials

  • Close professional exchange with knowledge carriers in product development and commissioning

  • Participation in the planning of training dates

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Completed training (HTL) in the field of automation technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar

  • Commissioning experience, preferably in the field of conveyor technology is an advantage

  • Good written and spoken English skills for our international contacts

  • Enthusiasm, didactic skills and enjoyment of imparting knowledge and passing on your know-how round off your profile

  • Willingness to travel to the extent of approx. 30% (within onboarding approx. 70% willingness to travel)
