- Execute innovative projects within the Grocery Retail program to shape the future of this business unit.
- Coordinating and monitoring all program activities with a trained eye for detail to ensure processes, timelines and quality standards are always met.
- Identify potential risks proactively and develop mitigation measures strategically to ensure the program runs smoothly.
- Accurate monitoring and optimal use of budget to ensure that program expanses are efficient and on target, always keeping an eye on financial success.
- Skillful stakeholder management and transparent communication with external and internal stakeholders. Build a strong network and demonstrate the success of this program to all stakeholders.
- Several years of experience in project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Innovative spirit and interest in understanding customer and market requirements
- Assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
- High sense of responsibility
- Completed technical studies are an advantage
- Very good knowledge of English
- German is a plus
