We are looking for someone who is also passionate about designing and successfully implementing projects besides planning them. In this role, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team working closely with various departments, stakeholders and management. WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • Execute innovative projects within the Grocery Retail program to shape the future of this business unit.
  • Coordinating and monitoring all program activities with a trained eye for detail to ensure processes, timelines and quality standards are always met.
  • Identify potential risks proactively and develop mitigation measures strategically to ensure the program runs smoothly.
  • Accurate monitoring and optimal use of budget to ensure that program expanses are efficient and on target, always keeping an eye on financial success.
  • Skillful stakeholder management and transparent communication with external and internal stakeholders. Build a strong network and demonstrate the success of this program to all stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Several years of experience in project management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Innovative spirit and interest in understanding customer and market requirements
  • Assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Completed technical studies are an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • German is a plus
