HR employee with focus on apprenticeship programme (m/f)

Therefore, we are looking for a mature and reliable person who is able to work in a team to take on this very diversified personnel development position. You will be responsible for selected apprenticeships and answer any questions our apprentices, employees and managers might have about education and training.
Besides the focus on our apprenticeship programme, you will also be in charge of the planning and implementation of recruitment marketing measures, convincing by modern and effective approaches in both fields.
Main responsibility for Industrial Administration/Operating Logistics apprenticeships
Collaboration in the further development of the entire apprenticeship training within TGW Mechanics and definition of training contents and training plans
Support in the recruiting of apprentices in conducting takeover meetings as well as apprentices' preparation for final apprenticeship examinations
Planning of and participation in employer branding activities concerning apprenticeships
Planning, organisation and coordination of internal and external training and education measures
Advisory services for managers and employees concerning education and training
Administrative tasks concerning personnel development and the apprenticeship programme
