TGW Logistics Group, an international, fast-growing company is one of the global players in the intralogistics industry. You will assume a challenging position in the holding company headquartered in Wels and you will make an important contribution to the strategic development of our global project management. The related tasks focus on the analysis of realisation processes of our global business units. You will support and coordinate the development, definition, design and local implementation of intercompany processes, standards and guidelines. The issues you will deal with are manifold; they range from operation topics like project controlling to risk management and strategic initiatives in order to ensure the continuous optimisation of our project realisation.
Analysis of weak spots and conception of precise improvement measures for the realisation of customer projects
Creation of consolidated project reports regarding deadlines, costs, quality, chances and risks
Development of standards, process optimisation measures, methods and project management tools
Collaboration in strategic initiatives of the TGW Group, e.g. the introduction of a new ERP system
Creation of presentations with respect to strategic and operational issues
Coordination of dates and deadlines, organisation of meetings and recording of internal as well as intercompany events
Constant exchange and close collaboration with our international units
Completed technical or economic education (Higher Technical College HTL and/or university)
At least 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally experience in plant engineering
Distinct social and intercultural skills as well as willingness to travel up to 20% of working time (mostly in Europe)
Enthusiasm, high commitment and analytical thinking
Very good command of German and English
Interest in a diversified position with the possibility of further education
The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 36,386 Euros according to the collective agreement. A possible overpay depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
