As an assistant you will support the Key Account Management in the Life Time Service Department. You will develop and implement customer requirements for modernization and rebuilding, carry out technical clarifications with customers, perform calculations, and render assistance during order planning.
Development of solution concepts to adapt to customer processes in close collaboration with the responsible Key Account Manager and inhouse specialised departments
Preparation of documents for the Key Account Manager
Costing, tendering and invoicing for after sales services (e.g. extension of warranties, maintenance, repair, IT process adaptations and modernisation)
Handling of warranty claims, AT/IT adaptation and maintenance projects
Completed technical or commercialtechnical education (e.g. completed apprenticeship as mechanical engineer, completed higher technical school as industrial engineer or mechatronic engineer, or similar)
Several years of job experience in technical sales back office or customer service support ideally in the automation sector
Good communication skills and service orientation
Logicalanalytical thinking, high affinity for figures
Quick apprehension and organisational skills
Good command of German and English
In this position, you can expect a gross annual salary of at least 32,200 €. The amount of the overpayment is based on your individual experience and qualifications.
