As Automation Project Manager you will be a part of our realisation team in Wels focusing on the introduction of new products. You will be responsible for the project-specific, commercial and technical realisation of control systems for highly automated material handling systems for renowned customers from different industries, for example Jack Wolfskin, Zalando, Conrad, Kärcher and Coop. In order to meet the technical requirements, you will establish a team of specialists from different departments. Depending on your job experience, you will receive extensive training. Additionally, we will support you with your development by offering product and process training and advanced training with focus on our future-oriented industry.

• Management of a project-specific team of specialists (system engineering, hardware engineering, software engineering and commissioning)

• Responsibility for scope of supply and services, technology, schedule, quality and costs of our international projects, from the award of contract to final acceptance by the customer

• Interface between the departments, customers, suppliers and our units all over the world

• Support of the international units with the local realisation projects focusing on the automation project management

• Introduction of new products within the scope of processing orders

• Creative optimisation of solutions based on the provided standards

• Ongoing commercial order controlling while adhering to deadlines

• Completed technical education (Higher Technical College / University of Applied Sciences / university) for example in the fields of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering

• Preferably first relevant job experience, ideally in plant construction and engineering

• Customer-oriented and professional way of working and result orientation and organisational skills

• Initiative and decisiveness

• Basic knowledge of PLC

WE OFFER

The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 41.286,-Euros according to the collective agreement. A possible overpay depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
