Assistant to Employee Respresentative - 20 hours per week

In this diversified position as an assistant, you support our work council representatives in all administrative tasks and help significantly shape the cooperation with the employees and executives of TGW Logistics Group.
With your good appearance and your friendly nature, you also serve as a contact point and significantly contribute to a successful representation of employees.



  • Administrative support, handling of various requests and forwarding them to the responsible work council representatives

  • Contact person for work council representatives, employees and executives

  • Creation of presentations and records and evaluation of various statistics (e. g. human resources data)

  • Evaluation of ongoing projects of the works council

  • Coordination of appointments, customer reception and hospitality

  • Handling of written and oral correspondence in German and English



  • Completed commercial education (e. g. apprenticeship, HAK etc.)

  • First professional experience in administrative work or a similar position

  • Profound knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)

  • High level of independence, organisational skills and reliability

  • Discrete, loyal and communicative personality

The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 30,229.50 Euros (monthly gross salary on the basis of 38.5 working hours per week), according to the collective agreement. A possible overpay depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
