1st Level Support Software (m/f)

As an employee in the First Level Support Software (m/f) you are the first contact for our clients. You fix minor problems yourself via direct access to the customer system or arrange a solution with the responsible developers. You are the interface to our customers and ensure that our customers are satisfied customers.

TASKS

  • Contact person for customers 1st-Level-Support

  • Troubleshooting and error analysis in the team via remote access

  • Coordination of 2nd level activities and service calls

  • Planning, implementation and documentation of software adaptations

  • Documentation and maintenance of the errors in the ticket system for internal knowledge transfer

  • On site activities for know-how transfer and system support

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in computer science or equivalent qualification

  • Ideally experience in logistical processes in an automated warehouse

  • Experience in software development and knowledge of SQL would be an advantage

  • Good command of English and good communication skills

  • Strong sense of service and enjoyment of communicating with customers and colleagues

  • Motivated, independent and reliable work in team

  • Willingness to shift working
