Payroll Accountant (m/f)

In this position, you will be responsible for the payroll accounting within the group of companies and you will be the first contact person for all issues regarding social security and taxes. You work accurately and have an eye for numbers, making for a smooth accounting process.

Aufgaben

TASKS

  • Processing and checking the payroll for approximately 300 employees

  • Supporting the time tracking system as well as the personnel administration and management

  • Acting as internal contact person for issues regarding labour, tax and social security law and as external contact person for authorities and tax advisors

  • Issuing documents for personnel and preparing reports

  • Substitute at the reception desk from time to time

Anforderung

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed education as payroll accountant

  • At least 2 years of professional payroll experience

  • Tax, labour and social security law knowledge

  • Navision and DPW user skills desirable, very good command of German

  • Responsible, independent way of working as well as ability to work in a team and discretion
