TGW Logistics Group as an international, fast-growing company is one of the global players in the intralogistics industry. In this capacity, you will make a significant contribution to the advancement of our successful after-sales segment. You will support and coordinate the rollout and continuous enhancement of our maintenance planning software "TGW CMMS". This is a service product for digitally planning, coordinating and optimising all maintenance processes of a material handling system. This software is used both by our customers and our employees. In your area of responsibility, you will be working internationally and cooperate closely with the key users of TGW's branches all over the world. Together, you will make sure that the software is user-friendly and complies with the process and therefore, you will largely contribute to the success of TGW's BIG DATA programme.
Project management of the international rollout of the "TGW CMMS“ maintenance planning system including operational product responsibility
Continuous enhancement and optimisation of the software including interface definition (to SAP, amongst others)
Cooperation with the local key users of TGW's branches all around the world
Main contact for our external IT system partners concerning anything related to the product or project
Ongoing exchange with our big data management team
Completed higher education (HTL and/or university degree), preferably in informatics
Profound IT knowledge, particularly concerning data base and interface technologies as well as interest in new technologies and how they are used in business (e.g. big data, IoT)
Interest or, preferably, experience in after-sales services, customer support as well as maintenance and servicing of material handling systems
At least 3–5 years of IT project and/or product management experience
Excellent communication skills as well as very good command of German and English
Interest in a diversified and responsible position with freedom to implement your own ideas
Willingness to travel about 50% of working time (abroad, mostly in Europe)
The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 41,286 Euros according to the collective agreement. A possible overpay depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
