We are looking for a highly motivated person to determine, provide and manage a first class service and training programme. In this function, you will act on holding level and manage the performance of services and ensure that service levels are achieved in line with Service Level Agreements.
Central ownership of incidents and service requests
Continuous measuring and monitoring of incident levels keeping them to a minimum
Identification and implementation of improvements of the service desk incident logging system in order to provide a more effective and efficient service to customers
Improvement of the service desk knowledge management
Provision of a regular training service for all levels of experience when needed
Implementation of new services for customers
Leading and management of the Service Desk team
Completed technical education in the field of Informatics or Software Development
At least 5 years of job experience in software services, trainings or similar desirable
Strong understanding of agile software development (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience in managing and working with distributed team members
Excellent command of English
Good communication skills and persuasiveness
Ability to analyse and solve problems creatively
The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 52.864,- Euros according to the collective agreement. A possible overpay depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
