To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a motivated, independent person who is interested in working internationally. In this function, you will act on holding level, working on international HR projects for the TGW Group.
Organisational support of the Group's HR department
Consultation, support and organisation in the fields of expat management and HR analytics
Concept design, implementation and evaluation of recruiting strategies and recruitment marketing activities
Coordinating interface in the personnel development department (TGW Academy)
Responsibility for and active development of assigned HR initiatives and projects
University degree with focus on recruitment management
At least 2 years of job experience in a comparable position are required
Excellent command of English
Strong affinity to IT
Excellent communication skills and high degree of independence
The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 35,616 Euros according to the collective agreement. A possible overpay depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
