Assistant to Management Board with Project Management Tasks

TGW Logistics Group, as international, fast growing company, is one of the global players in the intralogistics industry. As assistant to the management board, you will support our three Managing Directors with their daily agendas. This position also provides you with deep insights into the corporate strategy and offers you the opportunity to assume projects management tasks step by step.


  • Organisation and handling of operational and strategic projects

  • Professional preparaton of management meetings

  • Communication interface between the management board and other TGW units

  • Creation and analysis of reports and presentations serving as foundation of decision-making for the management board

  • Technical support and representation of the interests of the management in work groups

  • Collaboration in different operational activities of the daily business


  • University degree in technology, business or law

  • Relevant job experience, preferably within an international group structure

  • Excellent command of English as well as competent handling of MS Office programs

  • Ability to analyse and communicate complex contents

  • Integrity and discretion as well as organisational skills and self-assertion

  • Loyalty, stress resistance and self-confident appearance


The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 46,779 Euros according to the collective agreement. A possible overpay depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
