As Key Account Manager at TGW you will assume an important interface function to our partners. You will provide them with necessary information, know-how and support when selecting tools in order to win projects in the market. At the same time you will be responsible for profits, performance and customer satisfaction. You should have the necessary technical understanding, organisational talent and above all good communication skills.
Intensive support of our projects from the customer enquiry to the award of contract as well as technical support of our partner companies
Obtaining of relevant information and data for the implementation of the most economical and technically realisable solution
Internal as well as external technical support and establishment of long-term relationships
Creation of project evaluations, cost and risk analyses
Participation in and independent realisation of layout reviews and appropriate handover of orders to the Realization department
Contribution to the further development of the internal processes by identifying lessons learned and optimisation potentials
Completed education (Higher Technical College/FH/University) in the field of Engineering or Sales
Several years of job experience in key account management or project management desired
Good command of business English, other languages desirable
Willingness to travel in about 20% of working time
Communicative personality and customer orientation
The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 42,000 Euros. A possible overpay
depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
