Junior Project Manager (m/f)

As Junior Project Manager you will be introduced to the position of a Project Manager by an experience colleague. You will undergo a comprehensive step-by-step training programme including selected stages of the project business process for the implementation of automated logistics installations, increasing your commercial and technical responsibility with every project.


  • Intensive process training in logistics system engineering by participating in selective fields of project realization, from awarding of contract to commissioning

  • Support of the responsible product manager in planning, implementing and supervising the project with respect to system performance, technical implementation, capacities, resources, schedule and costs

  • Continuous coordination and negotiations with customers, engineers and suppliers

  • Optimisation of solutions taking into consideration the customer's demands, project specifications and technical as well as economic feasibility

  • Handling of independent projects step by step assuming commercial and technical responsibilities

  • Order documentation and order controlling


  • Completed university/FH education (Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, IT, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)

  • Ideally first professional experience

  • Good command of English

  • Result orientation and organisational skills

  • Customer-oriented and professional way of working

  • Initiative and decisiveness

  • Willingness to travel


The minimum annual gross pay for this position is € 37,800,-. A possible overpay depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
