In this function, you will be responsible for the customer project in the sales phase, developing solutions for our existing customers in team work. You will focus on concepts for the optimisation and extension of existing sites, convincing by your solution-finding competency. You will attach particular importance to the process landscape in order to optimise and extend the existing material handling systems at best on the basis of the customers' individual needs.
Develop logistics processes as well as prepare IT solution concepts for system optimisation as well as for new site extensions
Collect, understand and question relevant customer processes and requirements
Work with customers and in a team on solution development
Define processes (e.g. order picking, goods receiving, ...)
Conceptual design of IT logistics systems incl. calculation and offer preparation as well as technical advice to the customers during solution-finding process
Presentation, argumentation and sales activities at the customers' sites
Completed higher technical education in the field of IT, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering or Industrial Engineering and/or
Job experience (ideally in IT and/or Consulting environment)
Good communication skills in German and English
Customer-oriented acting, ability to work in a team as well as process- and solution-oriented way or working
Negotiating power, self-assertion and presentation skills
Willingness to travel (approx. 25 %), mainly in the German-speaking area
The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 49,000 Euros. A possible overpay depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
