Hardware Developer Controls IT/Network (m/f)

As specialist for networks in the area of controls and automation technology you will be part of our development team and responsible for the design as well as the engineering of our controls network. You will ensure a solid controls and automation network between hard- and software and with your passion for technology and your methodical way of working you will contribute to the standardisation of our product range.



  • Engineering, design and configuration of the controls networks for PROFINET and IT/Ethernet

  • Definition of the network parameters regarding software and peripherals (access points, switches, gateways, etc.) as well as the assignment of IP addresses

  • Definition of the standard network topology

  • Support in the development of hardware (e.g. network cabinet, remote server,...)

  • Product and process documentation



  • Completed university/FH/HTL (Higher Technical School) education with focus on electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar

  • Several years of job experience in an industrial environment in particular with regards to industrial networks

  • Sound knowledge of PROFINET or Ethernet-based bus systems is essential

  • Know-How of EPlan and S7 as well as sound IT knowledge (CCNA Cisco certification) would be of advantage

  • Good command of German and English

  • Analytical skills and reliable, structural way of working



The minimum annual gross pay for this challenging position is 34,580 Euros. A possible overpay depends on your individual job experience and qualification. Furthermore, we offer flexible working hours, a cooperative working environment with social benefits and exciting perspectives.
