Simulation Engineer (m/f)

Are you looking for a challenging and diversified simulation job? As a leading provider of automated logistics solutions we develop simulation models for the planning, development and optimisation of our installations. You will carry out simulation studies in an international team for our sales and realisation projects and support a team of experts in finding solutions, selling and implementing highly automated material handling systems.
 

Aufgaben

TASKS

  • Implementation of simulation projects for the development, distribution and realization of our plants

  • Requirements analysis and creation of simulation concepts

  • Development of simulation models with AutoMod simulation software and C#, .Net

  • Independent realisation of simulation experiments

  • Presentation of simulation results

  • Participation in system design workshops

Anforderung

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed studies in the field of Informatics, Mathematics, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, natural sciences or Software Development

  • Profound knowledge of a higher programming language (preferably C# .Net)

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English

  • Independent and solution-oriented method of working

Knowledge and experience in one or several of the following fields:

  • Discrete Event Simulation

  • Material flow simulation

  • Simulation of logistics or production systems

  • Simulation software AutoMod, Plant Simulator or similar

  • Material handling or supply chain management

  • Visual Studio

WE OFFER

The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 40,600 Euros. A possible overpay depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
