In this position, you will take care of the optimum support of our material handling systems within a team, ensuring the maximum possible system availability partly in shift operation for our customers.
Technical support and consulting of our customers worldwide
Analysis of malfunctions and development of solution options or workarounds on PLC-controlled TGW sites via remote maintenance
Identification and correction of error potentials
Close collaboration with IT Support, 2nd Level Support, Product Development, PLC Commissioning Engineers and customers
Profound technical education (vocational school or higher technical college) in the field of electronic engineering/automation engineering/mechatronics or completed apprenticeship training as mechatronic engineer with first job experience
Knowledge of PLC controls (preferably Siemens Simatic S7) and use of bus systems (Profibus, ASI) as well as of regulated drives
High degree of customer orientation and commitment
Ability to work in a team with good communication skills
Good command of German and English
Driver's license (class B) as well as willingness to travel (about 20-30 per cent)
In this position, you can expect a gross annual salary of at least € 33,824. The amount of the overpayment is based on your individual experience and qualifications.
