In this job you will provide optimum support of our intralogistics solutions, ensuring the highest possible system availability for the customers. Permanent availability of the used technologies is prerequisite for the success of our customer. This calls for fast and accurate technical assistance in case of emergency.
Assisting customers with softwarerelated problems from telephone support to online diagnosis and troubleshooting
Providing 1st and 2nd Level Support to our customers
Testing, repairing and maintaining the systems used by our customers
Recording occurring problems and their solutions
Communication effectively with customers
Higher technical education (Higher Technical College) for IT with knowledge of Database and SQL or PL/SQL
Software development skills, preferably with objectoriented programming languages and/or experience in the Service Desk Environment are beneficial
Ability to work as part of a cross functional team
Fluent in written and spoken German and English

In this position, you can expect a gross annual salary of at least 33,824 €. The amount of the overpayment is based on your individual experience and qualifications.
